More than 100 armed men attacked Aurnach Police Station in Khuzdar district of Balochistan, seized 12 guns from police personnel, and set vehicles on fire, confirmed Deputy Commissioner Khuzdar, Yasir Iqbal Dashti today.

During the attack, the assailants attempted to storm the Levies station in Aurnach, attempting to seize weapons and a vehicle. Levies personnel resisted, but the attackers managed to take a weapon from one officer before setting a Levies vehicle on fire.

Iqbal stated that an investigation has been initiated into the incident. Local sources reported that the armed men remained in the area for several hours, patrolling the city before retreating into the mountains.
