KARACHI: The Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell (AVLC) police on Tuesday claimed to have busted six motorcycle lifters from the city.
The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) AVLC, Arif Aslam Rao, said in a statement that six accused have been arrested during an operation against motorcycle lifters and five motorcycles have been recovered from their possession.
The arrested accused identified as Raheel, Lakhmir, Sheeraz, Arsalan, Abu Alam and Aijaz. The accused were involved in lifting motorcycles and selling their parts in different areas of the city. A case has been registered against the arrested accused.
