Karachi, March 19, 2018 (PPI-OT): Ayub Mehar Professor of Iqra University and former DG R and D FPCCI has been served with a legal notice by FPCCI under Defamation Ordinance 2002 for his false, fictitious and defamatory allegations published in some newspapers against FPCCI. He was sacked by FPCCI for his unproductive, alleged involvement in unhealthy activities and misbehaviour with the members.
The members of FPCCI also vehemently condemned the false and fictitious statements of Ayub Mehar and demanded strong legal action against him who after being expelled from FPCCI emitting his frustration. They said that FPCCI should not compromise on blackmailing. FPCCI is strongly considering to initiate legal proceedings against Ayub Mehar in the competent court of law.
