QUETTA:Balochistan Employees and Workers Grand Alliance, an alliance of different employees’ Associations of the province, calls on authorities to accede to the demands of Balochistan Employees and Workers Grand Alliance, or else protest demonstrations outside Press Clubs across the province would be staged on March 07, 2022 besides observing pen down and lock down strike in all the provincial departments of the province, followed by besieging the Chief Minister’s House on March 15, 2022.
It was stated by Haji Habib-ur-Rehman Mardanzai, President, Balochistan Employees and Workers Grand Alliance while addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Tuesday. Demanding, merger of Balochistan Secretariat Services (BSS) and Balochistan Civil Service (BCS/EB) cadres into Provincial Management Services (PMS) cadre, fixation of 50 percent promotion quota for class four employees, possessing prescribed educational qualification, sanction 25 percent “Disparity Allowance” for the employees from grade-1 to grade-20, immediate withdrawal of notification whereby teachers of education department had been deprived of “Time Scale Promotion”, grant up-gradations to different caderies’s posts, restoration of deceased quota enabling sons of deceased employees seek employment in different provincial departments and subordinate offices, bringing “house rent allowance” of the employees serving in other district of the province at par with the House Rent allowance of the employees of Quetta, lifting ban imposed on trade Unions, grant “Risk Allowance “ for the employees of Health Department, issuance of “Health Cards” on the analogy of Corporations, he said that if the authorities did not accede to the genuine demands of Balochistan Employees and Workers Grand Alliance, protest demonstrations outside Press Clubs across the province would be staged on March 07, 2022 besides observing pen down and lock down strike in all the provincial departments of the province, followed by besieging the Chief Minister’s House on March 15, 2022.
