Balochistan remained under tyranny, says Kakar

QUETTA: Malik Abdul Wali Kakar, Senior Vice President, Balochistan National Party (Mengal), has said whether there were democratic or undemocratic governments in the country, Balochistan remained under tyranny. Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Wednesday, he said basic human rights of the people of Balochistan had been usurped. Deteriorating law and order situation of the province could be judged from the fact that people were being misplaced on daily basis while frequent incidents of bomb blasts were taking place, said Kakar, adding, “It is impossible to control anything owing to the reason that law of jungle prevails in the province”. He remarked that Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) was formed to snatch representation from the people of the province.

On the occasion, Parliamentary leader of Balochistan National Party, Malik Naseer Shahwani, Central General Secretary, BNP (Mengal), Waja Jahanzaib Baloch, Central Labour Secretary, Shafqat Langove, MPA Shakeela Dehwar, President, BNP, district Quetta, Ghulam Nabi Marri and others were also present.
