Balochistan WASA employees protest against non-payment of salaries

QUETTA: Employees of Balochistan-WASA on Thursday staged a protest sit-in on Abdul Sattar Edhi Chowk near Zarghoon Road area of the provincial capital against non-payment of monthly salaries.

Addressing the participants of protest sit-in, speakers said that employees of Balochistan WASA had been deprived of their monthly salaries for the last four months, creating thereby severe financial problems for the employees. They said that it was not possible for the employees of B-WASA to deposit monthly fee of their school going children, deposit utility bills. They demanded of the authorities to get monthly salaries of the employees of B-WASA released.
