Balochistan’s administrative departments directed to prepare PC-Is for PSDP 2023-24

QUETTA:Government of Balochistan, has directed all administrative departments to prepare PC-Is for PSDP 2023-2024 against the shortlisted concept papers and get approved from competent forum by 5th June, 2023 and issue minutes of the meeting by 7th June, 2023.

In a letter copy of which received by PPI on Tuesday, Planning and Development Department states, “In the light of the decision taken by the provincial cabinet in its meeting held on 30th March, 2023 and in accordance with Section 16 (a) of the Balochistan Public Finance Management Act, 2020, it is requested to prepare Project Cycle (PC-I) for PSDP-2023-2024 against the shortlisted concept papers and get approved from competent forums by 5th June, 2023 and issue minutes of the meeting by 7th June, 2023”.

Planning and Development Department further reiterated that projects that are not approved by concerned forums will not be made part of the budget.
