KILLA ABDULLAH: Affected women of BISP on Monday blocked Quetta-Chaman highway near the office of NADRA in district Killa Abdullah, demanding the authorities not to close the office of BISP, Killa Abdullah.
Quetta-Chaman highway was blocked by large number of women near NADRA office, Killa Abdullah against the closure of the office of Benazir Income Support Program, Killa Abdullah. Talking to media, including PPI, protesters said that through a conspiracy, the office of BISP, Killa Abdullah had been closed. They demanded of the authorities not to close the office of BISP, Killa Abdullah. QUETTA-Chaman Highway remained blocked till filing this report.
Meanwhile, noted tribal leader of district Chagai and former provincial Minister Sakhi Mir Amanullah Notezai, has said that district administration Chagai had failed to maintain law and order situation in the district. In a statement issued here on Monday, he said that the whole district had been left at the mercy of thief and bandits while personal of levies force, Chagai, deputed for patrolling to main law and order situation, were busy in extortions rather than providing security to the people.
He said that people of district Chagai could not be left at the mercy of thief and bandits. Demanding the authorities of district administration to initiate action against bandits without any discrimination, he said that deteriorating law and order situation in district Chagai was a question mark on the performance of district administration Chagai.
