Karachi, Dadex Eternit Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on July 15, 2021 at Karachi to consider the appointment of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from July 13, 2021 to July 15, 2021.
Dadex Eternit Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in Pakistan on April 13, 1959 as a public limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. Sikander Private Limited is the holding company which represents 63.18% shares of the company. The principal business activities of the company include manufacturing and sale of construction material which includes piping systems and other allied products manufactured from chrysotile cement, rubber and plastics, merchandising of imported pipe fittings, accessories and other building products. The company operates with three factories located Karachi, Hyderabad and Lahore.
