Karachi, Agritech Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on March 30, 2023 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting will to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended December 31, 2022.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from March 24, 2023 to March 30, 2023.
Agritech Limited was incorporated in 1959. The principal business of the Company is production and sale of Urea and Granulated Single Super Phosphate fertilizer. The shares of Agritech Limited Pakistan are quoted in Pakistan Stock Exchange, and used the symbol “AGL” for the shares of the Company.
