Islamabad, January 14, 2020 (PPI-OT): On the directive of CAA Executive Committee, case for provisioning of permanent power supply connection from CAA 132 KV Grid Station was initiated. After completion of all codal formalities work was started on 25 September, 2019 having completion period of 6 months. However, due to urgent operational requirement work completed before time on 11 January, 2020 (Approx 4 months) and PIACL Unit Load Devicd (ULD) hanger electric power Distribution Board (DB) energized.
Previously, PIACL started ULD Domestic Hanger operation since operationalization of IIAP in May, 2018. CAA had provided temporary electric supply connection to PIACL for their operation. PIACL from this hanger handles the ULD facility operation and ATR maintenance activities.
