QUETTA:Malik Dad Muhammad son of Akhtar Muhammad Sarangzai, has called on authorities to re-settle the land of Moaza Bistergi, HUD-20, Tehsil Sharug of Harnai in Balochistan province, so that it might be ascertained in which Mahal the said land included.
Addressing a press conference at Quetta Press Club here on Wednesday with Muhammad Hashim son of Molvi Abdul Haq Sarangzai, Saifullah son of Noor Muhammad Dumar and others, he said that those who were not included in the settlement record of 1947, could not claim to be the owner of the said land
He alleged that settlement of the said land was ordered to be conducted during the year 2007 at the behest of land mafia, which was later cancelled after a long struggle. He called on Senior Member, Board of Revenue, Balochistan and concerned settlement officer to conduct re-settlement of Moaza Bistergi, Hud-20, Tehsil Shahrug of Balochistan province.
