Call to recover missing persons

Larkana:Resident of Irrigation Colony, Iqbal Ahmed Mirali Baloch, has alleged while address press conference at local press club Wednesday that his brother Shakil Ahmed Mirali has been whisked away on 7th July by people of law enforcement agencies from his electric and sanitary shop located in Bhains Colony and his whereabouts are not known since past 23 days.

He said due to this sudden enforced disappearance all family members are extremely worried about his safety. He said our mother has suffered a paralysis attack after hearing the sad news of her son’s disappearance and she is bed-ridden now. He said our family has no connections with any political or ethnic organizations and his brother has been taken away without any crime. He appealed to the Chief Justices of Pakistan and Sindh, Army Chief, Director General Rangers, PPP Chairman, Sindh Chief Minister, DIGP and SSP Larkana to take notice of the matter and recover his missing brother. Saeed, Waheed, Naveed Mirali Baloch, brothers of Shakil were also present on the occasion.

Meanwhile, relatives of other missing persons Insaf Dayo, Kashif Ali Tagar and Akash Ali Tagar also continued their protest at Jinnah Bagh demanding their recovery. The protesters included Aqsa Dayo, Afsana Dayo, Nusrat Dayo, Abdul Karim Tagar and others.
