KARACHI:Chief Executive Officer Sindh Healthcare Commission Syed Baqar Raza Rizvi made a surprise visit to Hashmani Hospital Karachi and met with officials of hospital.
Rizvi met with Executive Officer Hashmani Hospital Arsalan Hashmani and Director Operations Dr Shahid Raza. He visited all floors of the hospital and confirmed that SOPs are duly followed by the hospital management. He also appreciated the management of Hashmani Hospital for proper compliance of SOPs for COVID-19.
Similarly, CEO SHCC also visited Ziauddin Hospital Clifton and inspected proper compliance of SOPs for COVID-19 and find it satisfactory. The Directorate of Anti-Quackery in its drive for Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM) activities of the Directorate held meeting with DHO Malir and District Coordinator (NP) Malir.
In the meeting Director Anti Quackery Dr Raza Kazmi and his team met with Dr Maqbool Memon, DHO Malir and Dr. M. Bux Dahani District Coordinator National Program. In the meeting it was discussed that DHO will provide data for quacks operating in District Malir and provide its support to Anti-quackery in curtailing activities of quacks.
The Director Anti Quackery Dr Raza Kazmi and Deputy Director Anti-quackery Yaseen Veesar also met with team of Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC). It was discussed in the meeting that SHCC and SHRC will start awareness activities against quackery. In this connection SHCC and SHRC will jointly conduct awareness session at Hyderabad during first week of February, 2021.
