Islamabad, November 03, 2018 (PPI-OT): The Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan Mr. Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken notice of huge government residences comprising acres of the lands, occupied by Government field officers of different department. The notice was taken on media reports that officers of different departments are living in huge government residences, worth billions of rupees, located in posh areas of the cities. Moreover, funds are also allocated for their annual maintenance. Taking notice of the issue, the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Pakistan has called report from all Chief Secretaries of the provinces, within 10 days.
