Balochistan’s Chief Minister, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, met with the Chairman of Pakistan’s Ruet-e-Hilal Committee, Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad, on Saturday. The focus of the conversation was to promote religious harmony and establish peace in the province.
During the meeting, both leaders emphasized the importance of religious scholars in promoting social harmony. Chief Minister Bugti praised Maulana Azad’s tireless efforts in promoting religious tolerance and unity among the Muslim community across the country.
In response, Maulana Azad appreciated Chief Minister Bugti’s dedication to the development and welfare of the people and acknowledged his services in maintaining law and order in the region. As a token of gratitude, Maulana Azad presented Chief Minister Bugti with a book he had authored, symbolizing a shared commitment to peace and brotherhood.
