(City): 17th Annual Environment Conference on Biodiversity and Post Pandemic Challenges on Sept 18th

Karachi:National Forum for Environment and Health (NFEH) is holding 17th Annual Environment Excellence Awards (AEEA 2020) and Conference on “Biodiversity and Post Pandemic Challenges” on September 18 at local hotel Karachi.

This was announced by President Naeem Qureshi in the meeting of NFEH Advisory Committee held at NFEH Office. Naeem Qureshi said the conference and colorful award ceremony will be held on September 18, 2020. Syed Amin ul Haque, Federal Minister for IT and Telecommunications, Syed Nasir Hussain Shah, Minister Transport Sindh, Administrator Karachi Iftikhar Shallwani will be the prominent guest on the occasion. Adviser to Prime Minister on Climate Change Malik Amin Aslam will address the audience through an online platform.

Conference will highlight key environmental issues of Pakistan, Industries and post pandemic challenges for the world and the event will be held in Hybrid mode.

Mian Zahid Hussain, Senior Vice Chairman Businessman Panel FPCCI, Dr. Naeem Mughal, Director General Environment Protection Agency, CEO PIA Arshad Malik, Rehan Hashmi, Former Chairman District Central, Sarosh Lodhi, Vice Chancellor NED University, Abdul Rahim Soomro, Secretary Forest, Syed Nadim Arif, CEO EMC Pakistan, Najia Asher, CEO Media Baithak, Ali Asher, Nestle Pakistan and Shams ul Haq Memon will address on the occasion.

President NFEH said more than 50 companies will be awarded the best performance on environment protection announced on event day.
