Karachi:Administrator Karachi Iftikhar Ali Shalwani has said that doling out justice is necessary for progress and prosperity in any society.
He was talking to a delegation of Justice Helpline that called on his office led by their president Nadeem A Sheikh here Tuesday. The delegation briefed him on different projects of Justice Helpline including Digital Law Academy, Jail reforms program, National Judicial Conference, and efforts regarding Fire Service Act.
On the occasion, head of Pakistan Nurses Forum S Michal Advocate briefed the Administrator about the problems of the nurses of Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH). Talking to the delegation, Iftikhar Ali Shalwani said the purpose of his visit to the ASH previous day was to improve healthcare delivery to facilitate Karachiites. He said in this regard many decisions would also be taken.
Justice Helpline on the occasion requested to pump out accumulated drainage and rainwater from the surroundings of the City Courts and Sindh High Court (SHC). The administrator appreciated the efforts of Justice Helpline President Nadeem A Sheikh and his team and assured them of his patronage.
