Class- IV employees warn to besiege CM house

Peshawar: All Class-iv Government Employees Association from All Departments of district Peshawar on Friday staged protest demonstration in favour of their demands.

The protestors were carrying placards and banners inscribed with different slogans for early acceptance of their demands.

Earlier all the employees of class-iv district Peshawar including Live Stock department, CNW department, industry department, employees of Leady Reading Hospital, Khyber Teaching Hospital, education department, Khyber Medical College and other departments gathered at Peshawar Museum from where they started their rally which culminated at Peshawar Press Club.

Talking to reporters Muhammad Waris Khan, district Peshawar president of the class four employees, Abdul Shakoor Khan, provincial chairman and Abdul Sattar Hoti said they the employees will not hesitate of rendering all kind of scarifies for the rights of the employees. They said the struggle for their rights will be continued and they will not compromise over their rights. They said government should demands otherwise they would be compelled to go on indefinite strike.

Talking about the problems being faced by the employees, they said government should accept their demands including approval of time scale, regularize the contract employees, implement employees’ son quota, maintain CNW department rules 1996, regularize employees of Nishtar Hall as per the orders of Peshawar High Court decision.
