PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan took notice of the incident in which a resident of Dir Chakdara was killed and another was injured in a firing incident on a moving vehicle by the police at Hazro in Attock district.
The Chief Minister has decided to raise the issue with CM Punjab. The Chief Minister strongly condemned the move by the Attock police, calling it an illegal act and said that an impartial and independent inquiry would be conducted into all aspects of the case and the police personnel involved in the incident would be brought to justice.
He further said that the provincial government stood by the affected family, adding that the involved police personnel would be severely punished as per the law and full justice would be provided to the affected family.
