Commission pass nurses hold demonstration before Sindh Governor

UMERKOT:Sindh Public Service Commission pass staff nurses held a protest demonstration before Governor Imran Ismail and PTI Leader Haleem Adil Shaikh on the occasion of inauguration of Free Food House in Umerkot on Monday, demanding regularization of their services.

The protesters, carrying banners and placards in the hands, were chanting slogans for regularization of their services.

Speaking on the occasion, Fahmida Qureshi, Iram Khaskheli and Saqib Khosa said that 2,382 staff nurses of Sindh had passed the Sindh Public Service Commission examination, of these 1,336 were appointed for three months in the Corona Emergency with the promise that they would be made permanent, but another contract had been dispatched to them, which was injustice with them.

They said that while serving corona victims, their family members had been affected. They demanded of the government to regularize their service as per its promise.
