Committee formed to review rules of business

Quetta:Government of Balochistan has constituted a committee to review Balochistan Government Rules of Business-2012.

A notification issued by Services and General Administration Department says, “With prior approval of Competent Authority, the Services and General Administration Department is pleased to constitute the following committee to review Balochistan Government Rules of Business-2012; Secretary Services and General Administration Department Balochistan as Chairman, Special Secretary Finance Department Member, Secretary (Implementation) Planning and Development Department Member, Secretary Law and Parliamentary Affairs or his Representative (not below the rank of Grade-19) Member, representative of respective Departments (not below the rank of Grade-19) and Additional Secretary (Regulation) Services and General Administration Department as Secretary”.

The notification further says, “TORs; (i) To review Balochistan Government Rules of Business-2012 pertaining to all Administrative Departments (ii) To assess overlapping and duplication of mandates, especially in respect of development projects (iii) To recommend for changes, improvement and updates.”
