KARACHI:Sindh Minister for Health and Population Welfare Dr Azra Pechuho Tuesday confirmed two more deaths due to coronavirus in Karachi city that brings the total number of deaths in Sindh to eight.
She informed that a 70-year-old man, a resident of Karachi was brought to the hospital yesterday due to health trouble where he was tested. The patients result came out positive for the coronavirus after he passed away. The patient had a history of multiple health problems and had caught the virus locally.
Similarly, a 74-year-old patient, a resident of Karachi, was shifted to the hospital on 26th March where he was tested positive for the virus and died today. The patient had a history of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome and Diabetes.
