ISLAMABAD:Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has said that the country’s economic direction could be set on the right path by all parties collectively.

Addressing a round table conference on Digital Pakistan here in Islamabad on Saturday, he underlined the need of collaborating efforts and urged all segments of society to participate in the country’s development process. The Minister said that in today’s world, digital revolution has penetrated into every department, creating revolution in across the world.

He said in the PML-N government in the past gifted laptops to the students and laid foundation of the IT revolution in the country aimed at empowering youth digitally. Ahsan Iqbal said the government thorough Higer Education Commission, made special funding for the youth and every university was asked to develop incubation center so that the startup culture should be developed among the youth to enable them start their own businesses.
