Karachi:The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday extended the interim bail of Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani and his family till October 05, 2020 in assets beyond means reference.
A SHC bench heard the reference filed by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against Agha Siraj Durrani and his family members pertaining to assets beyond means. Durrani’s son Shahbaz Durrani appeared before the court.
The court remarked that interim bail pleas would be properly heard after the formation of a special bench and extended the interim bail. The court adjourned the hearing till 5th October.
