(Court): SHC rejects bail plea of accused in fraud case

Karachi:Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday rejected the bail plea of six accused in a case pertaining to the fraud with citizens in the name of society.

A SHC bench heard THE bail plea of Hameedullah, Shafaqat Ali, Luqman, Zulfiqar Mirani, Malik Mumtaz and Kousar Jabeen and remarked that evidence of fraud with citizens against the accused had been submitted. “Accused persons have to remain in jail after committing fraud with the citizens,” the court stated.
