Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan arrived in Berlin Tuesday for a two-day official visit Germany.
During the visit, the crown prince will discuss with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and Chancellor Angela Merkel means to promote relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries in various fields. They will also review a number of issues and topics of mutual interest, as well as the overall regional and international developments.
Sheikh Mohamed will also meet with senior German officials and representatives of German companies.
The crown prince’s trip comes days after Germany Foreign Minister Heiko Maas visited the United Arab Emirates as part of a regional tour to discuss recent tensions with Iran.
