CS annoyed at junior officers’ correspondence with PM office

QUETTA:Chief Secretary Balochistan, Mather Niaz Rana, has taken a serious notice that departmental correspondence with the Prime Minister office, Islamabad is being done by the junior officers.

In compliance with the directives of Chief Secretary Balochistan, Mather Niaz Rana, Secretary, Services and General Administration Department, Government of Balochistan, Bilal Jamali, here on Wednesday conveyed the displeasure of Chief Secretary Balochistan to all the administrative secretaries with the remarks that it had been observed with serious concerns that departmental correspondence with the Prime Minister Office, Islamabad was being done by the junior officers.

It has further been informed that Chief Secretary, Balochistan has taken a serious notice of this and expressed his displeasure over it and desired that the letters to the Prime Minister Office, Islamabad would be only sent under the signatures of the secretary concerned only while correspondence with the Secretary to Prime Minister would be made only under signature of the Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister only.
