QUETTA: Chief Secretary Balochistan, Mather Niaz Rana, arrived Gwadar on Saturday. He was greeted at Gwadar International Airport by Commissioner, Mekran Division, Shah Irfan Gharsheen, Deputy Commissioner, Gwadar, Abdul Kabeer Zarkoon and other authorities.
Rana and Special Assistant to Prime Minister on CPEC Affairs attended a meeting held in connection with water issues and other problems of Gwadar. Briefing with regard to the steps taken by federal and provincial governments for addressing the problems of Gwadar was given in the meeting. Ongoing development projects in Gwadar and other issues relating to the welfare of fishermen were deliberated upon in the meeting.
