The Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) of Islamabad, Capt (retd) Syed Zeeshan Haider, took decisive steps today to ensure premium medical treatment for an injured traffic officer, Muhammad Ijaz, who was harmed while discharging his duties.
Acting under the special directives of the Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the CTO”s visit to the hospital underscored the commitment of the Islamabad Capital Police to the welfare of its personnel.
During his visit, CTO Syed Zeeshan Haider engaged in discussions with the attending doctors to receive a detailed briefing on Officer Ijaz”s health condition. He emphasized the importance of providing optimal medical assistance to the injured officer, instructing police officials to prioritize his care.
Highlighting the dedication of the force, CTO Haider remarked on the unwavering readiness of these officers to safeguard the community, often putting their own safety at risk. He reiterated that the police force operates as a cohesive family unit, ensuring that each member is supported comprehensively in times of need.
