Customs seizes foreign goods worth Rs2.5 million

QUETTA: Collectorate of Customs, Balochistan, claimed to have seized foreign goods worth Rs2.5 million in an operation in Purana Customs Check post on Monday.

According to Director Customs, Collectorate of Customs, Balochistan, Muhammad Ismail, foreign gears, including clothes, cigarettes and Irani diesel, worth Rs2.5 million was seized from a truck at Purana Customs Check post. Truck used for smuggling was also impounded. Further investigation was underway, the customs office said.
