HUB:Customs Intelligence claimed to have seized more than 7000 sacks of fertilizer and large quantity of sugar in an operation conducted in a warehouse near Achanak hotel, Pirkus road area in the precincts of police station, Beirut in Hub city of district Lasbela in Balochistan province on Wednesday. Separately, 900 bags of sugar were seized by Frontier Corps North and Balochistan Levies Force in a joint operation conducted in district Noshki of the province.
According to a statement issued by the spokesman for Customs Intelligence, Balochistan, acting on a tip-off, staff of Customs Intelligence seized more than 7000 sacks of fertilizer and large quantity of sugar in a raid conducted at a warehouse near Achanak hotel, Pirkus road area in the precincts of police station, Beirut in Hub city of district Lasbela in Balochistan province. The seized goods were shifted to Customs House, Quetta. Further investigation was underway.
Separately, 102 wing of Frontier Corps (FC), Balochistan and Levies Force, Noshki seized 900 bags of sugar from 12 Zambad vehicles in different joint operations conducted in Noshki area of Balochistan province on Wednesday. Further investigation was being conducted by the concerned authorities.
