PANJGUR:Customs Balochistan on Sunday claimed to have seized 35,000 liters of Irani diesel in district Panjgur of the province.
According to customs authorities, following the directions of Chief Collector Customs Balochistan Gul Rehman, Staff of Customs Panjgur, led by Inspector Naseer Dotani, Inspector Farhan, and Inspector Ejaz, in an operation seized 35,000 liters of Irani diesel from a truck.
Customs authorities said that seized diesel was to be smuggled from Iran to interior of the country; however, timely action of the staff of Customs Balochistan foiled the bid of smuggling. Value of the seized foreign diesel was reported to be Rs 10 million.
