Karachi, September 19, 2019 (PPI-OT): A policeman embraced martyrdom while two alleged dacoits were killed in an armed clash between the policemen and dacoits at Nazimabad no 3 near Eid Gah Ground within the limits of Nazimabad police station here on Thursday. Two motorcycle riders policemen spotted three alleged dacoits during routine patrolling, who were busy in robbery from the citizens and opened firing on the policemen, said SSP Central Rao Muhammad Arif Aslam.
He said that a police constable Saeed Zeeshan embraced martyrdom on the spot and two dacoits Habib and Abdul Basit were killed while their one accomplice fled from the spot. The namaz-e-janaza of Constable Saeed Zeeshan was attended by DG Rangers Sindh, Major General Omer Ahmed Bukhari, AIG Karachi Ghulam Nabi Memon, the DIG South Sharjil Kareem Kharal, SSP Central Muhammad Arif Aslam Rao, SSP West Shoukat Ali Khatian and others at the police Headquarter Garden here.
