New Delhi, April 24, 2019 (PPI-OT): A Delhi court on Wednesday sent the ailing Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, Muhammad Yasin Malik, to judicial custody till May 24. Muhammad Yasin Malik was brought to New Delhi after a court in occupied Kashmir granted his transit remand to India’s infamous National Investigation Agency (NIA). The court had sent him to the NIA custody.

Additional Sessions Judge, Rakesh Syal, sought a reply from the defence counsel on a plea of the authorities of Delhi’s Tihar Jail seeking to produce Muhammad Yasin Malik through video conference due to security concerns.
