Lahore, October 19, 2021 (PPI-OT):Deputy Chairman Planning Commission Muhammad Jehanzeb Khan called on Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar at his office on Monday. He briefed the CM about progress on PSDP related projects and informed that a mechanism has been devised for timely completion of development schemes. Chairman P and D and the finance secretary were also present.
While disclosing that the draft of the Punjab monitoring and evaluation policy is ready, the CM directed to timely complete mega projects in Punjab. Mutual coordination will be enhanced for this, he maintained. The fruits of development plans should reach the people and their timely completion benefits the general public, the CM maintained and indicated that transparency and high standards have been maintained in different schemes.
