LARKANA:Women of Detho community held a large protest demonstration at SSP Chowk here on Monday by keeping bodies of three killed persons including a woman demanding arrest of all accused involved in the tragic incident.

Razia Detho, Zakia Detho, Aneeta Detho, Hanifan Detho and others complained before media persons that influential Wazir Detho accompanied by his armed associates attacked our houses in Masoo Hab village last night which is located within the limits of Pir Sher at Akil police station and started firing in which one woman Shabiran wife of Qurban Detho, Jinsar son of Mumtaz Detho and Sarfraz son of Ghulam Muhammad Detho were murdered and three women were also injured.

They said an FIR was registered by them against the said accused and his accomplices but police have so far failed to arrest any of the accused persons. They further alleged that since the past nine years Wazir and his associates have forcibly encroached upon our land and they have already gunned down two of our people but the role of the police is merely like a spectator which is tragic.

They said bullets are showered on us despite the fact that the land belongs to us which is unjust and barbaric. They demanded retrieval of their encroached land and arrest of all the accused involved in the brutal murders to dispense justice.
