The incharge Sasoli police post Ahmed Khan Chandio, head constable, has also been arrested, reverted and suspended over corruption and other serious charges.
In this connection, a video went viral on social media two days ago in which it has been shown that Chandio was demanding a huge amount of money from the smugglers of gutka and other forbidden items which they brought from Balochistan in the name of SSP Kambar-Shahdadkot. The smugglers offered him Rs25,000, but he told them that SSP wanted more.
