Quetta:Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan issues directives that in future Commissioner / Deputy Commissioner will be authorized to 2nd countersign the Personal Evaluation Reports (PERs) of field officers of line departments except stationed at Quetta.
In pursuance of the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Services and General Administration Department in a hand out has requested all administrative secretaries in Balochistan to ensure that in future the PERs of field officers may be completed as under: (1) The PERs of Divisional level officers may be 2nd countersigned by the Commissioner concerned (ii) The PERs of District level officers may be 2nd countersigned by the Deputy Commissioner concerned.
Handout of S and GAD requests the quarter concerned to revise / draft their Departmental Chart (reporting chain of PERs) in respect of officers/ officials of the Department accordingly and send to this Department (S and GAD) for approval of the competent authority.
