A moderate earthquake with a magnitude of 4.2 struck Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir on Friday afternoon, causing no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the earthquake’s epicenter was located in Baramulla at coordinates 34.32°N, 74.41°E, with a depth of 5 kilometers, India’s National Center for Seismology (NCS).
The quake hit at 12:26 p.m. local time, and its impact was felt in several parts of the occupied territory.
