ISLAMABAD:The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) suspended by-polls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) three constituencies which were set to be held on April 30.
The electoral watchdog suspended the polls until the Peshawar High Court (PHC) issued further orders.
The seats, NA-22 Mardan, NA-24 Charsadda, and NA-31 Peshawar, went vacant after PTI chief Imran Khan had not taken the oath. The ECP subsequently announced by-polls in those constituencies.
