Quetta:Payments under Ehsaas Emergency Cash Programme began to provide pecuniary assistance to the lockdown affected families of Sibi.
A centre for the purpose was set up at Numaish Ground. Deputy Commissioner Sibi Dr Yasir Khan Bazai visited centre on Saturday. On the occasion, Inayatullah Kasi Assistant Commissioner Sibi,Tehsildar Naseer Tareen, Risaldar Major Arif Marri, Assistant Director BISP and political and social personalities were also present.
Praising the arrangements made by authorities, Deputy Commissioner Bazai said arrangement made by authorities in the wake of covid-19 were up-to the mark. He said the government was committed to providing pecuniary assistance to the families affected by lock-down in the wake of the outbreak of covid-19.
