LARKANA: The constitution, democracy, truth and rights have triumphed and, despite their hectic efforts to contort and pervert the will of the people by performing somersaults in the air, the foreign stooges and enemies of democracy have fallen flat on their faces.

This was stated by PTI Senior Vice President Ameer Buksh Bhutto in his statement sent to media persons here on Wednesday. He said they were humiliated at the polls in the bye-election in Punjab on 17th July and once again had to face ignominy in the Supreme Court.

Bhutto said such was the inevitable fate of those who sell their souls for the sake of power and sacrifice national interests for attainment of narrow selfish objectives. “They represent the dying old political order which the will of the people has rendered obsolete”, Bhutto added.

He said they had no political place in the new emerging political order in Pakistan which had its roots in a genuine representation of the public will, protection of national interests against foreign as well as indeginous threats and jettisoning of stagnant outdated ideas and dogmas along with their incompetent and corrupt proponents.

Bhutto said that people would no longer be idle spectators to the hijacking of the country by self-seeking charlatans. Bhutti said: “PTI should now turn its focus to Sindh where Zardari and his minions have thus far been allowed to ride roughshod at will.” Bhutto claims Sindh is ripe for taking as people are fed up with Zardari but see no alternative as only PTI can provide the people a viable alternative, and the people undoubtedly will respond.
