The Asian Institute of Fashion Design (AIFD) celebrated its 24-year journey with a grand event titled “Fashion Odyssey” at Iqra University, Karachi.

According to a press release issued today, the show aimed to showcase the creative talents of AIFD students, particularly those from the final year of 2024. The event featured 60 remarkable designs, which were presented by top models.

The show was organized in collaboration with Iqra University, and prominent figures from the fashion industry, along with fashion icons, attended the event. Sanobir Ahsan, the founder of AIFD, expressed pride in the creativity of both the students and faculty, noting that the institute’s graduates have made their mark in both local and international fashion markets.

Iqra University’s Chairman, Naveed Lakhani, emphasized that the purpose of the fashion show was to acknowledge the talent of the students and voiced hope for the growth of Pakistan’s fashion industry. The event not only celebrated the achievements of AIFD but also highlighted the ongoing potential of the country’s fashion scene.
