Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah on Sunday called for paying attention to the often-unseen sacrifices and dedication of fathers, describing them as the “sheltering trees” of families.
In his message on the occasion of Father’s Day, he highlighted the crucial, yet frequently unrecognized, role fathers play in the upbringing and success of their children.
Shah pointed out that Father’s Day should be more than just a date on the calendar; it is a vital opportunity to acknowledge and appreciate the continuous support and care fathers provide. He emphasized that the achievements of children are often the result of a father”s silent and steadfast support.
In his speech, the Chief Minister remarked on the foundational role fathers have in the emotional and developmental growth of their children. He stressed that nurturing children with strong values and integrity is one of the most significant contributions parents can make to society.
Furthermore, Shah spoke on the importance of respecting and caring for elders, noting that such values are central to the cultural and moral fabric of society. He wrapped up his message by paying a heartfelt tribute to all parents, reminding the public that the blessings of parents pave the way to enduring success.
