Fazal alleges present ‘fake’ rulers have made Pakistan insecure

KALAT: Head of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), an alliance of opposition parties, and chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F Moulana Fazal-ur-Rehman has said that the present fake rulers had made Pakistan insecure country during their three-year-rule.

He said that people of Afghanistan got independence after struggling for 20 years. These views were expressed by him while talking to media on Thursday at the residence of Moulana Abdul Ghafoor Haidri at Jamia Islamia Shah Waliullah, Kalat. Moulana added that Media Development Authority Bill was an effort to stifle media. He said that affairs of the country were run through a proper system, not through chaos, adding that economies of those countries, who got independence after we got independence, were far better than the economy of our country.

He said that Taliban defended their country for 20 years and the triumph of Taliban spread merry among Muslim Ummah. He added whatever government was formed in Afghanistan, human rights ought to have been protected and economic development flourished. He remarked that Bill of Media Development Authority was an effort to stifle media, adding, “We stood, we are standing and we will stand with media for the independence of media”. Moulana added that media and democracy were inseparable, adding, “We are supporting the movements for independence all over the world.”
