Islamabad, November 28, 2018 (PPI-OT): Federal Minister for Human Rights Dr Shireen M Mazari met with Sarah Hendriks, Director Gender Equality Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation here today. They discussed in detail various issues relating to women empowerment and protection of human rights especially the rights of women. Human Rights Minister apprised her about the steps to ensure the promotion and protection of Human Rights particularly the rights of women. Shireen Mazari further said that we are committed to protect the rights of women and it is our top priority. Director, Gender Equality, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation appreciated the government and its efforts to protect and promote the fundamental rights of people.
