KARACHI: A fire broke out in a multi-storey building on Shahrah-e- Faisal in Karachi on Friday. No one was hurt in the incident.
After receiving the information, one snorkel and three fire tenders rushed to the site and started distinguishing the fire. According to the SHO Firozabad, the fire erupted on the upper floor of the Mehdi Tower and 300 people stranded in the building were rescued safely.
The blaze was put out by three fire brigade vehicles and a snorkel, and the cooling process was underway inside the Tower. It was leant that the building caught fire due to a short-circuit that engulfed the upper floor instantly.
