Quetta:Five security guards died while three others injured after a vehicle of the convoy of Senator Sarfraz Bugti, former Minister for Home and central leader of Balochistan Awami Party met an accident on Dera Ghazi Khan-Loralai Road near Mekhter area on night between Sunday and Monday.
Dead bodies and injured security guards were shifted to Loralai Hospital. Assistant Commissioner Loralai Saleem Khan Kakar said a vehicle in the convoy of Senator Sarfraz Bugti collided with a truck. He added Senator Sarfraz Bugti, who was coming to Quetta from Dera Ghazi Khan along with his family, was in another vehicle; therefore, he remained safe. Those who died in the accident included Muhammad Khan, Niaz Muhammad, Dilshad, Muhammad Din and Sher Dil.
