Security forces conducted a series of operations near the Lakpass area in Balochistan on Sunday, seizing foreign goods from over 50 vehicles.

According to security sources, the recovered items included betel nuts, Pan Parak, foreign cigarettes, and imported clothing. The seized goods and vehicles were handed over to the Collectorate of Customs Balochistan for further legal action.

Authorities have confirmed that investigations are underway to identify those involved in the smuggling operations.

Two Children Shot Dead

HUB: Tragedy struck in the Hub area of Balochistan on Sunday as unidentified assailants opened fire inside a home, killing two children.

The victims, identified as Minsha, 7, and Romana, 12, were fatally shot when the attackers entered their house and began firing indiscriminately. The bodies were shifted to Hub Hospital for medico-legal formalities before being handed over to their family.

The incident has left the community in mourning, while police have launched an investigation to apprehend the culprits.
